Nicky Henderson doesn’t send many bumper runners this far north so CAPTAIN WOODIE’s presence is significant. Ned Curtis’ claim helps offset the penalty for his Taunton victory and he’ll be better suited by this stiffer track having been outpaced at Musselburgh. Fernan only found one too good at Southwell last month but Hello Fellas disappointed at Musselburgh after finishing second at Ayr in January. Red Ochre never threatened at Catterick but should be capable of better and Rising Marienbard could be interesting after making a winning start between the flags.
