In depth

Verdict

Suzy's Music won a novices' handicap over 2m5f on the card a year ago and showed she has no problems with this trip when runner-up at Catterick. Attimo won a similar grade handicap at Sedgefield on Boxing Day but has yet to prove he stays this far unlike Scarlet Fire. Nicky Richards' charge has had very little racing for his age but goes well fresh so an absence since scoring at Hexham in May shouldn't prove too much of a problem. Thedrinkymeister won easily here last April but has been pulled up in his two runs this season and though Dreamsoftheatre looks well handicapped at his best he's another badly out of form at present. It's a long time since FILL THE POWER won a race but he's been racing in better company than this and is now on his lowest mark since 2011 so this could be his day.
