Verdict
Great Roar has been making steady progress in bumpers lately while July's Sligo winner Liberty's Gift is back in against novices here having come up short in a handicap at Listowel last month. Uncut Stone hinted at ability on hurdles bow at Sedgefield while San Cassiano has won five times on the Flat, though has been off for a while. Bumper winner I Shot The Sheriff will have his supporters but Jonjo O'Neill looks to have found a decent opportunity for the superbly-bred MISSISSIPPI BLUES to make a winning debut.
