In depth

Verdict

Maridadi can figure for Hughie Morrison’s in-form yard having placed at Newbury on her debut while Belle O' The Dales finished in front of the re-opposing Storm Force One and Zara's Universe when a close-up fourth over course and distance last month and is another to consider. Irish filly On My Command also has a shout on a debut third at Newcastle with Brian Hughes taking over the reins but a chance is taken on the newcomer CUTTING SWORD. Dan Skelton’s charge is a half-sister to five winners on the Flat and may well have enough speed over today’s trip to make a winning start.
