Jericho III might prove the pick over Henrianjames, with Bob's Buster and Minster Glory by no means out of things. None of these have been in sparkling form of late but Jericho III is not badly handicapped on his best form, and a reproduction of his third to Talbot Lad at Ludlow might be enough. Henrianjames claimed the scalp of Scotmail Boy at Market Rasen in November but might find the ground against him here, while Bob's Buster, who has done us a few favours in the past, probably needs to come down the weights. Minster Glory has to give weight away all round and at the age of 13 is fully exposed, which leaves Panmure as the dark horse. He will need to step up another gear in this class D contest though, and has it to do to give weight away to our idea of the winner, Jericho III.
