A tough start to the card and from a shortlist of SHADRACK, Am I Blue and Waterloo Corner we will side with Shadrack. The selection arrives here bidding to complete a hat-trick of successes and he is a much improved performer who still looks capable of scoring off his current mark. He has trip and ground to suit here and he looks the one they all have to beat. Tim Vaughan has had a quiet start to the year and Am I Blue was a little disappointing last time at Cheltenham. She is of interest on her handicap debut but she shapes as though she will be suited by a longer trip than this. Waterloo Corner posted a good effort at Sedgefield back in December on his handicap debut and he should be capable of winning races off this type of mark. Wednesdays Boy made a pleasing impression when he won on his handicap bow at Market Rasen back in December and any further rain would be a big plus for him as he does love to get his toe in. Royal Flynn has yet to win in 18 starts over hurdles and we are happy to take him on today. There are plenty in with chances and the vote is given to the progressive Shadrack.
