After getting off the mark at Cartmel in July, BEACH BREAK developed into a decent handicapper. He carries a double penalty here and is probably due a rest but still looks the one to beat. Thistle Do Nicely showed a nice turn of foot to make a winning debut over hurdles in a Wincanton maiden and has more scope than the selection while Smackwater Jack and Schiehallion Munro have shown promise in bumpers. Lough Legend looked in need of further at Carlisle.
