A large field goes to post for this handicap hurdle but on closer inspection it is little better than a seller but the principals look to be Desert Nova, That's Racing and Fairy Skin Maker and the tentative nomination is given to Desert Nova. The selection was a fair third behind Mighty Fine last time out, that form looks solid and despite his big weight he looks the one to be on. Fairy Skin Maker is well weighted on his best form but he has shown little of late over fences so he can not be put forward with much confidence. That's Racing is another that has been in fair form over fences of late but she is very one paced and looks vulnerable to something with a finishing kick. Bollin Ruth will relish conditions and is sure to have come on for her first start of the season. Starthaird is game and consistent and is sure to run his race but his best form has come in sellers. Of the others Speed Venture is another that is well weighted on his best form and could go well at a price but in a race where stakes should be kept to a minimum for the winner we return to Desert Nova.
