Minella Rocco landed a first chasing success since 2016 when hunting down Kashmir Peak at Warwick to eventually score with something in hand. The value of the form is hard to assess but the presence of top Irish amateur, Derek O'Connor on his back is a significant booking. He may well improve again having found the winning habit but HAZEL HILL (NAP) is 5-5 under Rules, 12-17 between the flags and is the reigning Foxhunter Chase champion at the Cheltenham Festival, all of which makes him hard to oppose despite the concession of 4lb to his main rival. The remaining trio have a great deal to find to trouble the 'big two.'
