Alpine Breeze is likely to find this tough under a double penalty, though her most recent effort at Ffos Las wasn't as bad as the bare facts suggest. Alverstone won at Chepstow in October but was beaten a fair way when runner-up at Newbury last month though still finished ahead of Animation, who had Way Back When behind when scoring at Exeter earlier. But the previous winners may struggle to give weight to GOOD FALOUE, who has been a model of consistency over timber and was done no favours by a loose horse when just behind Midnight Macarena on her reappearance at Huntingdon.
