In depth

Verdict

A tough race to call here for punters with very little between many of the leading lights but the principals look to be Moorlands Again, Native Ivy and Mrs Be and the vote is given to Native Ivy. The selection was a good third behind Double Honour last time out and off the same mark here he looks the value bet in an open affair. Moorlands Again rates the main danger on his latest second behind Jungle Jinks but he is hard to win with and at likely odds he looks worth taking on. Mrs Be will love the conditions and could go well at a price as she won well last time when beating Coral Island but her penalty may just find her out. Of the remainder Willie John Daly has dropped to a handy mark and is another that could go but he continues to be beset by jumping problems and with this in mind for the winner we return to Native Ivy.
