Verdict
BALAGAN carries a double penalty having won at Uttoxeter in July and scoring at Market Rasen last time. But he’s the most progressive of these and looks worth sticking with given Perfect Predator was fit from racing on the Flat but ran poorly back over hurdles at Stratford recently. Achy Breaky Heart posted her best effort so far when runner-up at Sedgefield while Richard Johnson partners Judex Lefou on his reappearance and Scene Not Herd makes his hurdling debut having placed in a bumper.
