Verdict

Fredo hasn't fired this season and, like Loughalder, was well beaten over this course and distance in December. Bally Sands is weighted to reverse course running with Union Jack D'Ycy and goes well here while Trigger The Light is an interesting contender. It's almost a year since the veteran last appeared but he's won twice over course and distance in the past. ALDERLUCK has plenty of stamina and won off a higher mark at Bangor a year ago. Mikey Ennis knows how to get the best out of the 11-year-old and his 7lb claim could be invaluable here. Counting House doesn't win very often and is jumping fences late in life but it would be no surprise to see him run well.
