This is a very competitive handicap but Pencreek won by eight lengths returning from a break at Bangor. Beholden finished ahead of Thorn when third at Stratford in June and bolted up in a Newton Abbot maiden at the end of last month but LADY RESET (NAP) has been a real money-spinner for the Pipe stable this year and can come out on top again. The mare has won three times on the Flat and also scored over hurdles at Bangor in July. She is getting weight all round here and has a good turn of foot. Peaked Too Soon is eased in grade and may be the pick of the remainder.
