In depth

Verdict

A good little race is in prospect here and most of the septet have decent claims. However, there could be a little mileage in giving Royal Bathwick the nod over Senor Sol, with Mexican Pete also respected of the remainder. Royal Bathwick does have a little to prove over the trip but faces a much easier task here than when she finished last in the Lupe Stakes. The daughter of King's Theatre has more ability than her form figures would suggest and she would not need to find too much in to prevail in this company.
