Verdict

Eyecatcher hails from a yard in tremendous form at present and lived up to his name when second behind Contract (winner since) over this trip in a Thirsk maiden last time. A lightly raced son of Green Desert, he remains open to plenty of further progress while Desert Fury has claims on his best but is exposed and has a poor strike rate for one of his ability. Princess Almora had Deceitful behind when a fair third in a useful Sandown handicap and rates a danger.
