Missed Approach is a dour stayer and was a fair sixth in the Ladbrokes Trophy at Newbury when Cogry was pulled up. Sir Mangan also stays well and comes here off the back of a win at Bangor over a trip that would have been shorter than ideal. Kerry Lee runs three including 2016 winner Russe Blanc, though may have a better chance with Krackatoa King and last year’s second Goodtoknow.
