Verdict

Chequered View followed up a debut fourth at Warwick with another decent effort in a Class 4 bumper at Ludlow. She has the best form of those with experience under Rules but the interesting one may be QUEENS CAVE. Bought for £175,000 after winning a Dromahane point-to-point by 10 lengths last month, she’ll be expected to start repaying that outlay sooner rather than later. Jaunty Soria could make the frame again if fully wound-up while Shapiro should be capable of better and is worth a market check.
