In depth

Verdict

Richard Johnson has hung around to partner the Kayf Tara newcomer TEARSOFCLEWBAY (NAP) for Philip Hobbs and that is a clue in itself. She's a full sister to one bumper winner and a half-sister to another and can make a winning start to her career. Postbridge made a promising start behind a useful sort at Fakenham but might do better when having some hurdles to jump. However, she is still preferred to Towcester runner-up Graceful Legend and Tara Well, who has won a point-to-point but not really figured in two starts under Rules.
