Verdict

Tis Fantastic clearly appreciated the switch to fences at Stratford in August and a 6lb rise is not insurmountable but he does have to give a couple of pounds to the more-experienced JOLY MAKER, who acts well on ground with some give and is still on a fair mark. City Never Sleeps finished ahead of Chatelier when third at Bangor but needs to brush up his jumping. Spirit Of Hale may find this an insufficient test of stamina on his reappearance.
