In depth

Verdict

This is a hugely-competitive handicap but Nicky Henderson holds a strong hand with the hat-trick seeking Pistol Whipped and Falco Blitz both having decent claims. Kauto The King is on a four-timer having beaten Fidux and Imperial Presence last time at Newton Abbot, though Pink Eyed Pedro was close up when unseating his rider two out in that race. Nietzsche was back on song at Ayr last month with Francky Du Berlais and Havana Hermano other last-time winners. EXELERATOR EXPRESS was very impressive when completing a double at Haydock and it may be worth sticking with Neil Mulholland’s improving seven-year-old ahead of Born Survivor and talented mare Really Super.
