Verdict

Tudors Treasure proved hard to catch right last season but did win at Ffos Las in May. Caro Des Flos was successful off a 7lb lower mark at Worcester in June and Light Flicker won over 3m here in February, though was never travelling on his reappearance at the track. JOLY MAKER’s Bangor conqueror Northern Bound has won twice since so Jonjo O’Neill’s charge may be able to defy top weight in a race like this with Kevin Brogan claiming a handy 3lb. Maasai Warrior should strip fitter for a run at Fontwell and could also go well.
