Verdict

Knight Commander is from a stable that is bang in form and he bolted up at Newton Abbot last Sunday following a lay-off. If that has blown away a few cobwebs, Olly Murphy’s four-year-old should go close under his penalty but MASH POTATO is a viable alternative. He won over track and trip in the spring and was also third here last month. A more recent second at Cartmel came in a higher grade. Hey Bob is now 0-32 in career starts, however, and Ballyandrew continues to disappoint.
