A good turnout for good money. Many arrive in excellent form and on the upgrade over fences, notably Ulis De Vassy, unbeaten since joining Dan Skelton Commitment, very much unexposed over fences and Strongly Suggested, two from two so far this term for an in-form Jonjo O'Neill. The bottom three are all out of the handicap yet are performing well enough to be of interest but let's hope that class will out with CHAMPION COURT. He's taken plenty of time to come back to form but after running a cracker in a hot handicap chase at the Cheltenham Festival, he's delivered successive wins, most recently over hurdles. He does face a tough task at the weights but was a very talented performer in his prime and will go close if Martin Keighley can continue to coax him back to somewhere approaching his best.
