In depth

Verdict

SOLOMON GREY jumped much better than sole rival Black Mischief here at the start of the month and was an easy winner. This will be more a test of his potential as he giving weight to three potentially useful novices but Dan Skelton’s charge may be up to the task. Lungarno Palace has developed into a decent handicapper over hurdles but is Flat bred so fences may be a challenge. River Bray should make a chaser, however, and is preferred to Cause Toujours.
