This is probably one of the more competitive races on the card but BARTON KNOLL is fancied to defy top weight. He could have done without a further 4lb rise for his latest second over track and trip but has his ground again and Brian Hughes on board. Ready And Able remains unexposed but has gone up 8lb for a surprise win at Huntingdon, which looks harsh. Good Tradition has only won a maiden so far and is starting to creep up the weights again but Black Buble is closely matched with the selection on Huntingdon running. Bentons Lad has won twice at Southwell this year but has been hit with an 8lb rise, though Emma Todd claims back 5lb of that.
