Verdict

A winner at Wolverhampton earlier this year, Hopeforthebest came up against a couple of useful novices on his hurdling debut here last month. Dan Skelton should find a race or two for Williethebuilder, who placed in a point and a bumper when trained in Ireland. Thorpeness has placed twice but has left the Skelton yard since finishing unplaced in a handicap here in July. OLIVERS TRAVELS failed to land the odds at Perth last month but made amends at Worcester and looks a decent prospect for the Bowens. Jeudidee also won at Worcester last month so can’t be ignored as he is still unexposed.
