The hat-trick seeking Ayemdee will be tough to beat in this weak handicap chase, but we will take him on with another Donald McCain inmate in ROSIE ALL OVER. Jonjo O'Neill-trained Ayemdee has recorded heavy ground wins at both Fontwell and Towcester, going up a total of 11lbs for those successes. The latest of those was by a comfortable five lengths, so there will be plenty prepared to wager that he can go in again, but neither were red hot contests and we will oppose. Rosie All Over is a proven mudlark who sees out this trip well. She hasn't won since this time last year but has now slipped back to a handy mark and put in a good performance in the context of this race last time, so we think today will be her day. Qualypso D'Allier was in the process of running a big race when he was unlucky to unseat at Towcester and a repeat effort without mishap would give him a squeak. Nelson should be capable of making a show in this grade but has a bit to prove on recent evidence, while mudlark Adare Prince is likely to get involved, though may need to drop a few pounds more to win again. Rosie All Over can bloom once more.
