In depth

Verdict

This looks a virtual match between the two penalised runners. WHISKEY IN THE JAR won a maiden over 2m here in January in a hack canter and followed up in equally effortless fashion over a longer trip at Fakenham. He looks a nice prospect and Fergus Gregory’s claim is a massive plus on the ground. Just Don't Ask is still improving and was a wide-margin winner at Ayr but will probably need more to beat his likely market rival. Costante Via should be approaching peak fitness after a couple of runs and looks the pick of the remainder.
