A decent prize has attracted a strong line-up. Dan Skelton runs three and Paul Nicholls has a couple of entries with Dr Sanderson likely to attract plenty of support making his handicap debut. Harry Fry and Anthony Honeyball are also doubly represented with jockey bookings suggesting Plumpton scorer Acey Milan, who was finishing fourth in the Champion Bumper around this time last year, is preferred to French import Sully D'Oc Aa. LORD NAPIER has gone up 10lb for his easy victory in a Grade 3 at Sandown but was such an impressive winner that he could follow up in this before going on to bigger things. Taunton winner Bold Plan looks capable of better and Poker Play was back in form at Exeter but, like Forecast, may not be suited by a drop in distance. Hill Sixteen will do better over fences while Duarigle may struggle in this grade.
