The recent reappearance from The Staggery Boy can be enough to have put an edge on him and he is selected in preference to Wild Power and Colliers Court, who have both been hard to win with. Similar statements can be drawn up for Ede'iff and Six Pack, who both need everything to drop right for them to run up to their best. Papua also fits that profile and looks opposable on ground that may be a little more testing than he cares for. Wild Power failed to hit a lot of the high notes during his time with Ian Williams and has continued to frustrate his supporters while racing for John O'Shea. His record of only one win on these shores speaks for itself and other make more appeal. None more so than The Staggery Boy, who game and resilient attitude could be enough to see him come out on top with a few of these notoriously weak finishers set to oppose today.
