A seller in all but name with the disappointing Moon Spinner heading the weights. She finally got her head in front when dropped to selling company at Stratford last month. She has since been turned over in a better race, off a lower mark than than todays and it is not difficult to look beyond her. However, a chance is given to the long standing maiden Mantilla to finally get her head in front. She does have several decent efforts to her name at this level and receives a handy 16lbs off Moon Spinner and with her stable in decent form, gets the vote. Ashtoreth has hinted at a little ability, but she looks a shade high in the handicap at present, while Jewel Fighter has a 12lbs pull with Moon Spinner on their running at Stratford and should finish much closer to the Milton Bradley mare this time.
