In depth
Verdict
Commodore is preferred to Fuji Flight of Venetia Williams’ two runners but both have a bit to prove at present. Risk And Roll is potentially well treated back over fences while Dublin Four appeared to handle the step up to 3m at Doncaster, though is closely matched with Burrows Diamond on that run. Jimmy The Digger has won twice around here and Mister Coffey has a touch of class but is still seeking a first win over fences. Guetapan Collonges was sent off favourite for the Classic Chase at Warwick last month but could only finish fourth, though the drop back in trip should help. Despite a further 7lb rise, we’re loathe to desert the progressive BANGERS AND CASH as he’ll have his ground again and will be suited by the likely strong pace.
