In depth

Verdict

Passam made all at Southwell for a first hurdles victory and is only 4lb higher. He could make GOOD AND HARDY work hard for a second successive win but Fergal O’Brien’s Chepstow scorer looks an out-and-out stayer and can defy his big weight. Goodnight Charlie is much better over fences and this might be a further pipe-opener and Behind Time is best watched at present. Road Warrior and Lassana Angel are even harder to recommend
