In depth

Verdict

Solway Dandy wasn't beaten far on similar ground over C&D on debut and looks the best of those with experience ahead of the more exposed Breakoutthebooze. But it would be no surprise if one of the newcomers proved good enough to get off the mark at the first time of asking. RIO CARLOS is sprint bred but his sire, Captain Rio, liked the mud and he may well be good enough here if Nick Schofield is able to conserve his energy. Dunlin Flyer is related to middle-distance winner Lapina and should also be in the firing-line.
