Leapaway was beaten almost 18 lengths when Longhouse Sale made a winning debut over fences at Stratford. It’s difficult to see the Philip Hobbs runner reversing that form here, despite 6lb better terms. PACIFY won his first five over hurdles last season, including a Listed contest at Kempton. He was later second in a Grade 2 at Cheltenham and this appears to be his time of year so he can make a winning start over the larger obstacles even though he is not really bred for jumping. Timetochill also had decent form over hurdles last season and she could play a part with her mares’ allowance.
