Just the four runners and Jefertiti looks to hold a very good chance ahead of Tirley Storm and Lord Youky. The Henrietta Knight-trained selection is a lightly-raced six-year-old who has finished second in three of his four chases in Britain. It was a fair effort last time trying to give 23lbs to a well-handicapped horse and, given plenty of time to recover from the exertions, has a good chance of going one better here. Tirley Storm is a dual Fakenham scorer, the latest one coming on October 24. He races off a five-pound higher mark today and can go well again but we prefer Jefertiti. Lord Youky has been lightly raced in the last couple of years but is capable of going well on the best of his form. He lacks a recent run but, on the upside, Richard Johnson has been booked. Lord Nellson showed promise in novice hurdles but, overall, looks worth opposing on his chasing debut. Overall, then, we'll opt for Jefertiti.
