Verdict

Previous winners of this maiden hurdle have gone on to hold their own in much better company. YOUNEVERCALL (NAP) may not be a world-beater but showed plenty of resolve to land a Southwell bumper in April and should be even better over hurdles. Another bumper winner, Tilinisi, disappointed on her hurdling debut over course and distance and Clock On Tom has already been beaten in sellers and is thoroughly exposed. Fields of Glory also has plenty to prove.
