TEMPLE PLACE has been progressive in a couple of runs this term and can improve again to take this. The gelding is on a long losing run but handles soft and ran well in defeat ahead of a couple of subsequent winners off a low looking mark last time so although up in the weights can go one better. Catholic Hill is unexposed over obstacles and despite being well held in third last time looks off a workable rating. Wild Side Of Life has shown some ability but will need to improve plenty for a big step down in trip while Kyoto will need to come on for his first run of the season. It's a race that won't take much winning and Temple Place looks the best placed to do just that.
