Front-running Native Daisy can land the nightcap at the expense of Fluff 'N' Puff and Caribbean Cove. It has to be something of a worry that there have been fifteen unsuccessful starts for the mare under rules but she does not lack for consistency in her races and this is not the strongest of heats. Fluff 'N' Puff should have shaken off the cobwebs during his first start at Fontwell and he must be respected should there be significant rain. Caribbean Cove is watched in the market on debut for Richard Guest since leaving the Trevor Hemmings / Henrietta Knight combination. Given he was chasing the likes of Strong Flow in Novice company - if he consents to put his best foot forward, he holds a fair chance. Seasquill invariably travels well but does not relish a battle in a finish. Finbar's Revenge has had his own battle with leg trouble but seems best without any rain seeping into the ground. The remainder look difficult to fancy on all recent evidence. At the sixteenth time of asking, it could be a red-letter day for Native Daisy.
