This looks to be at the mercy of L'Aventure, who is set to encounter her ideal conditions over a trip that is no problem whatsoever for the daughter of Cyborg. The Extra Man is the obvious danger and has to be given serious consideration at the likely prices. However, he has never won beyond two miles and six furlongs and he may be vulnerable to a strong finisher when they come inside the last quarter mile. Polish Baron also has plenty to prove regarding his stamina and, like Intrepid Mogul, is not hard to overlook when trying to find an alternative. So it may be prudent to give former pointer Bob's The Business a chance to fill the position for the forecast as he at least has the capability to see out the trip. The ten-year-old is very lightly raced over regulation fences and, as he was struck into when taking the first in the Crudwell Cup, his latest start can quickly be forgotten. In truth though, he has plenty to find with L'Aventure, who has held her own in good company since she made her debut for her yard last season. It is interesting to note that the headgear has again been dispensed with, but, as it was not a problem at Cheltenham, there is no reason to suspect that L'Aventure cannot deliver the goods in this company.
