In depth

Verdict

Just Maybe seems to fit the bill in this interesting novices' handicap. He has shown progressive form of late and though more is needed here he could be the value call with Stormez likely to start a short-priced jolly. However despite winning three out of his last four, Martin Pipe's gelding never looks convincing and others are preferred here. If his trainer had been in better form then News Maker would rate highly with an excellent display at Haydock in the bag. Jungle Jinks is unlikely to run if Wetherby is on and although he has shown useful form he looks roughly handicapped.
