Ivana won a Limerick bumper in May then found 1m4f too short on her debut under Flat Rules at the Galway Festival. Dual hurdles winner Rasiym ran well in a 1m6f Killarney maiden last time when winning hurdler Stuzzikini was staying on strongly. UXMAL hasn't run since runner-up in a heavy-ground Navan maiden in October but the son of Galileo has more scope than most of these and can start making up for lost time. With his stable in top form, Filey Bay, placed in the County Hurdle at Cheltenham and an excellent fifth in the Galway Hurdle, looks a major threat with Maxine O'Sullivan a positive booking.
