The veteran Bellgrove has won three times around here, including from a 6lb higher mark just over a year ago, and will be better for last month's run on the track, his first since October. Josephina finds herself at the head of this handicap after three placed efforts in beginners' events while Alice Johnston was very disappointing when well supported at Wexford following a narrow defeat over the course and distance. Captain Cobajay was well beaten in the latter event but easily reversed the form at Wexford so has to be respected. MR JACARANDA has yet to reach a place in four starts over fences but this is such a low grade contest that he's handed a tentative vote.
