In depth

Verdict

PASSAGE VENDOME was always likely to make a better chaser than hurdler so he has done well to score twice over the smaller obstacles and landed a bumper on quick ground on this track. He can make a successful start over fences before going on to better things. Whats On The Menu has some decent form to his credit but is probably worth watching for now after refusing when last seen at Navan in March. Old Pride hasn't had much experience but his pedigree suggests he'll do well over the bigger obstacles though The Boat People looks more of a threat. Twice a winner over hurdles at Cork, he ran well enough on his only start over fences at Wexford in June to suggest this will be his game and he's since ran well again over timber.
