The Mad Well has been in fine shape throughout the winter and is best at around this trip. He was fading when falling at the last at Cork last time but that was over three miles which was proving too far. Indian Fairy scored over fences in October and will probably be reverting to the bigger obstacles before long. She didn't enjoy the heavy ground at Limerick last time and her form over hurdles entitles her to respect. MICK THE BOYO (NAP) has only raced over the minimum trip but has given every indication on his two latest starts that this will be his distance. He was staying on well behind Bog War at Navan last month and, with Kevin Sexton's claim to help, is taken to lose his maiden tag ahead of Eshtiaal, who was just touched off when heavily supported at Wexford on Friday.
