Raven Rule won a bumper here and beat a big field of maiden hurdlers at Punchestown in May when making all but Elite Charboniere, an easy maiden winner at Leopardstown in March, has been well beaten in both subsequent starts while Golfe Clair didn't have much to beat at Clonmel. Ferdia gained a surprise victory at Ballinrobe then found 2m4f stretching his stamina at Roscommon but this can go to SCHONE AUSSICHT. Henry De Bromhead's mare followed a comfortable victory at Limerick by making all in a better race at Downpatrick and her rider's claim is again a major plus. The four-year-old Craic Eile has been well beaten on the Flat since landing a maiden hurdle here last month.
