Henry De Bromhead won this last year with the classy Notebook and Epson Du Houx is expected to benefit greatly from his run over 2m4f on heavy ground at Fairyhouse. Arcadian Sunrise was impressive when landing a Carlisle bumper for which he's penalised as is Wavelength for a victory in a similar race at Roscommon though the latter was beaten when falling at Cork on his hurdling debut. Mademoiselle Penny has won on the Flat here and has been busy at Dundalk while Even Flight wasn't beaten far at Limerick, easily his best run to date. SAINT ROI, placed in Listed company at Auteuil, started long odds-on for his Irish debut at Clonmel but jumped poorly. Much better will be expected here and he's taken to gain compensation.
