A competitive bumper to close the card and it could pay to side with David Pipe's newcomer QUEL NOUBA, who is nominated over Priors Coppice and Brukirk Lass. The selection hails from a yard in decent form and anything David Pipe sends to post in these type of events is worth a look. Quel Nouba makes plenty of appeal on breeding and as the form of those who have seen the racecourse is only moderate, he looks worth chancing. Priors Coppice has shown up quite well on his two runs so far and he ran a solid race to chase home Cross Kennon at Ludlow last time. That looked quite a weak race but he clearly has ability and he looks the best of those with racecourse experience. Brukirk Lass won well on her debut but she disappointed under a penalty last time out when she was well beaten. Necromancer showed a degree of promise here on his debut, but more will be required to win this and we will take a chance on the newcomer Quel Nouba who might be good enough to make a winning debut.
