Verdict

Jungleland is one to note for signs of confidence but there have to be doubts about him on his return so we'll take a chance with KNIGHT IN THE CITY ahead of Tarateeno. Jungleland is well treated on the best of his form over fences and could be very interesting in this contest if his trainer has him somewhere near full fitness and the market should guide. There are plenty of runners in this race with claims though and it may be worth taking a chance with a newcomer to the handicap ranks in Knight In The City. He has shown a degree of ability in novice hurdles that have been won by some fair prospects and he's related to winners. He appears to be on a reasonable mark and has a capable pilot claiming seven. Tarateeno has just the one win to his name but there may be more to come from him as he matures; he's slipped back to a decent mark and it would be no surprise to see him go well. Barrys Ark, Olmeto Collonges, Badly Bruised and Crouch End Flyer are others that could take a hand in the finish but a chance is taken with Knight In The City.
